|Margaux Pagán received her Bachelors of Arts degree in organizational communication with a concentration in integrated mass communication from the University of Central Florida and is currently the Director of Strategic Fundraising at DonorFuse; a technology and fundraising consulting firm located in Chicago, IL. Her passion and light-hearted approach brings life to the DonorFuse team. She carries 10 years of experience in direct response fundraising including DRTV, telemarketing, online fundraising, social media, mobile marketing, and analytics. Her award winning strategies have increased revenue by up to 200%. Margaux’s unique outlook gives creativity in developing successful fundraising strategies – always with a target goal in mind. She builds and leads a team of experienced fundraisers to ensure the needs of clients are met. Her service to the nonprofit community at large is always growing. In 2011, Margaux was recognized as a Fundraising Star by Fundraising Success Magazine and is expecting to become a CFRE in fall of 2012. She serves on AFP Chicago’s diversity committee, member of Chicago Women in Philanthropy, Nonprofit Technology Network, Young Nonprofit Professionals Network Chicago, and also volunteers at Lakeview Food Pantry, University of Chicago Charter School Woodlawn Campus, YWCA Chicago, and always looking for more opportunities.|
