She is an executive coach and organizational development consultant, and an expert in helping individuals and organizations resolve conflict, build teams, and communicate more effectively. Since 2000, she has coached and consulted internationally, guiding professionals, corporations and non-profits through collaborative, strengths-based strategic planning, team building and leadership development processes.
Claudette is an experienced Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Core Values Index and Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument practitioner and facilitates individual and team development using the instruments.
