Advisory Boards: Engaging Donors & Developing Leaders

Chief Development Officers and their staff face increased competition for a donor’s time and dollars. This workshop will inform participants about how in these cost-constrained times an advisory board comprised of thoughtfully selected donors can help them better engage with those donors while developing the current and future organizational leadership.
